underdog?  i don't think so. he's been pimped out all season song... although quietly and not as in your face as josh's.  

 

not feeling the arrangement.  although, no one can argue how charismatic he really is.  maybe it's the guitar, the raspiness of his voice or his down to earth demeanor.  i say for round one, it's a tie.
