Music from the Rolling Stones next week on the American Idol 9 Top 12
Entertainment Weekly reports that next week is Rolling Stones night on the American Idol Top 12!
Any song suggestions for you favorites who you think might make the cut tomorrow?
(I’ll update this post with some of my own ideas later).

Just found a site with the list of cleared Songs:
I can't believe I left off in my post above
Shine a Light- Siobhan
Tumbling Dice - Andrew
Love You can't Always Get What You Want for Aaron but the lyrics are too much like a results show elimination ditty.
agree with Amber: Satisfaction =Kryptonite! That said, I think Big Mike can tackle it, after last week's performance
I'm kinda cringing already. But there are plenty of slow tempo songs for this ballad crazy bunch...plus someone can slow down a rock song and "change it up" Jumping Jack Flash, anyone? And - oh Casey James could do a great Honky Tonk Women.
Ballads they'll be fighting over (hope we don't end up with a snooze-fest, but oh wishing for an Allison, a Bo Bice, A Chris Daughtry in this group for Stones week!
- Time Is On My Side
-Ruby Tuesday …
-Let's Spend The Night Together
-As Tears Go By
Well, basically, whoever gets "Satisfaction" and "Paint it, Black" will be the lucky ones. The other songs aren't as well known to the general Idol public. Although, Lilly, girl, get "Paint it, Black" and tear it up! and Siobhan should have "Satisfaction."
I'd actually like to see Alex do Honky Tonk Woman because he's always so serious and they told him to relax a little bit. I think he could do that with this song.
Abso-freakin-lutely!!!!! I love Lee and his voice and I think that would be the PERFECT song for him.
Blinded By Love is one of my favorite RS songs -- but I don't know if it would properly showcase anyone's vocals. Maybe Casey can do it and play some bluesy guitar. IMHO, he needs to get back to that anyway!! The Stones have a good blues vibe anyway so I think Crystal and Casey would do well by it. It would be good opportunity for Andrew Garcia to do something original with a *good* song. He seems to like to dress up and alter critically unacclaimed stuff -- teenybopper and dance stuff. It worked with Straight Up but not since. Maybe he should try the same angle with better originals.
People on this site have been comparing Siobhan to Adam... for whatever reason, so Satisfaction fits her. Besides, you know someone will sing it.
I pity those who think Adam's performance was all that.
Rickey, didn't you mean to say "Oh the humanity!"? :D
