Lindsay Lohan on ‘Late Show’ with David Letterman
Aren’t you supposed to be in rehab now?
I realize that most people are quick to poke fun at the likes of Lindsay Lohan, at least from a distance. Everyone out there watching the media go to town on a spiraling celebrity thinks they know the full deal. I’m a firm believer in keeping your mouth shut about people who are obviously grappling with real issues. However, this was a highly anticipated interview, as Lohan is sort of tough to wrangle in for one these days. David Letterman obviously took a risk in going off the pre-interview script, but I thought it was cool of Lindsay to speak the truth surrounding that which viewers and fans are most concerned with, even if she seemed a bit uncomfortable. Plus, I thought Letterman twisted the knife a bit too much. What’s the point in asking someone if they have addiction issues after several appropriately answered questions surrounding a three-month trip to rehab?

@Mikhail XO I totally agree, which is why I posted this. I don't think Lindsay Lohan craves the attention of the media. I understand how the public might be exhausted from the constant court coverage, but I don't get how someone like Letterman could be 100% unsympathetic.
