Lilly Scott – Fixing a Hole – Video MP3 American Idol Top 24 Performances
Lilly Scott sings Fixing a Hole by the Beatles on the American Idol 9 Top 24
Ellen DeGeneres: That’s what we’re talking about. You have such a unique voice.
Kara DioGuardi: You’re believable. Everyone is gonna remember you tonight.
Randy Jackson: You’re like a real indie artist.
Simon Cowell: The best we’ve had so far. You sang this song because it portrayed you as an artist. Still not feeling star power from you.
She’s quirky! I like!

Got Something to Add?
I've always loved the Beatles but I think this might be better than the original. Truly a surprising, interesting performance. I hope she keeps bringing the (positively) unexpected.
She can play her guitar so well;) I like her voice, even though her song choice was country...Love you!!!
Crystal Bowersox and Lilly are my top 2 favorites in the women, based on everything we've seen of them, including last nite..
Lilly's song choice of "Fixing A Hole" was brilliant..
Would love to see them & Andrew Garcia in the Top 3 at the end!
Will def. buy their albums..
Thanks again Rickey for posting these mp3 files ;)
I agree with Simon, I'm not feeling "star power" but she worked out something that was hard to forget. Random song choice as Ellen said. I'm not sure I liked it for myself to want to buy but that's just musical preference.
It is between her and Siobhan for my favorite lady! They are both mysterious, eccentric and capable of knocking it out of the park at any minute. I can't wait to see what she does in the coming weeks
For those of you Lilly fans, like myself, spread this love!
Lilly Scott for Idol 2010
She's the best so far, I still don't think it was an AMAZING performance like we've seen in this round, but definitely someone in the running to make the top 12.
Oh no not another guitar strummer! Not impressed. Simon is so real -- so many people on the internet doing what you do. And she does look like an indie artist. Gotta see more of her to like her more.
She was memorable which is all that counts right now. She's different and that's def going to make her stand out in that group of notalents.
best of the 1st 4 females... definitely a top12 for me... but im worried that she'll have a problem with some song choices when the top 12 starts :(
