‘Let the Right One In’ Is Getting a Television Adaptation

Let the Right One In, the horror vampire novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist turned 2008 Swedish movie will also be a television series created by A&E.

And the whole shebang will be helmed by Jeff Davis, the showrunner of Teen Wolf.

Yes, the MTV television show Teen Wolf.

The network (which also adapts the Psycho prequel Bates Motel and the French series The Returned) won the rights to the series after a bidding war with Showtime.

The story of a bullied human boy befriended by a  vampire girl was previously turned into a 2010 American adaptation starring Chloe Grace Moretz called Let Me In.

It was also performed as a play in Scotland.
