haha I'm laughing hard of all the comments in here...
All are following the same format: A heavy insult to either Lee or Crystal + a original call for vote for either Lee or Crystal..... c'mon!

In my personal opinion.. both are really good, I have to agree Casey can't sing.. even Michael was better...

What's special from Lee? His humility, honest words... heart singing (even with all the pitch problems), his effort on the season.. you always see he is giving his best.. no matter if sounds horrible you can see his effort.

What's special from Crystal? Her versatility, she can sing anything, she can give rythm to the borest song ever... her strength, being a mother and still giving her best on a competition.

I wish there could be 2 american idols... they are equally better, in their own points...

The duets were the best of the night.. and this duet was the worst for me. They did not harmonize well together at all and made my ears bleed.

I am still waiting on the "WOW" factor for the remaining contestants, as I have not heard it yet from this group.

the songs are popular for god sake, and the lists for pick a song are soo simple!! the judges have to mention every single contestant that has sung that song before??!!!

they just did their version of the song, and they rock!! both should win or make a duet album, or Lee ftw XD

Loved it so much I bought it on iTunes. And that version kicks ass. Nice to hear the whole song without the crowd and the poor equipment that really plagues the live performances. I mean, what's up with the big, silver, shiny phallic mic?

I liked Kris Allen's version better.It was more connected to the song, which is supposed to be soft and emotional. I liked this though, however I dont know if I liked it better than Casey and Mike's duet. Lee is my favorite in the competition, but Casey's voice and guitar playing was amazing on "have you ever really loved a woman"

Every year people grumble about it being the worst season ever. Next year, someone will be comparing a new contestant to this and that, saying remember when she sang it so emotionally? So that's why these contestants were totally overlooked. In a given situation when the vice-versa happens if Lee and Crystal have sang this before Kris did then there's a big probability that others might have preferred their version because they have liked it and its already tact in their mind that this performance was the one I felt before. So then why not try to judge it distinctly and moreover it is a duet and not a solo. For me, I think Lee and Crystal did an awesome job with this song, Lee's raspy vocals harmonizes well with Crystal's beautiful voice. Their high notes were splendid specially when Lee reaches his sweet spot, their chemistry were amazing as lovely tunes vibrates throughout their performance and the arrangement was perfect but only that the camera was a roller coaster and it would have more drama if they've used a simple spotlight but overall this performance was magical and the best this season. Simply amazing!

I remembered Kris Allen singing this song right before Crystal and Lee sang it and I have to say...I enjoyed both of their performances. I loved the harmony and strength of Lee and Crystal's voices and Kris Allen really demonstrated real artistry and control with his voice. Love them!

Are you kidding me?? You guys have played right into the judges hands. Who cares what they think.. JEALOUS GUY and DONT were the best quality performances on American Idol ever. One guy a guitar and a cello. No fancy anything! I did not undertand one word in the Fakling Song.. wouldn't cross the road to hear the same old shouting and yodeling from wannabe Cris D and Janis Joplin. Who would resally buy a CD of? A screaming guy or a yodeling chick. No thanks give a sincere tender male voice with soul!! Go Casey. Please get a CD out and some acostic guitar and celo maybe. Jealous Guy is still my favorite!! Vote Original American Idol !!

Lee sounded great! Crystal was lame as usually!I can't get pass her whinning tone! Yuck!!

Best performance of the season? I didn't like it at all. Kris was so much better on this song last year.

Crystal Bowersox: Singing = 10! Appearance = 0! One shot from the back looked exactly like a bag lady I saw on Broadway in Chicago!

Wouldn't it be wonder if someone would run a brush through that lovely hair and pull it back or up softly, take out the "nail" from her chin and dress her in a tatoo-covering simple flowing full-length dress (cover remaining tatoos? She would then look "pretty" and confident, rather than have the appearance of a mentallly disturbed person.

We could then bring outselves to vote for her and wish her the grandest ecording contract ever! Please Crystal, just clean up your appearance and "wow" us. Thanks.

Am liking it better the 2nd time I'm listening to it. Crystal sounded beautiful and Lee, actually not bad. Nice!

listening to it again, its as if they were half drunk and just hopped on the karaoke machine and argued with eachother.

I thought they were ok. Casey was fabulous - guitar, LOOKS and voice. He is the whole package.

I thought it was just ok, I loved Crystal and this would have been a great solo for her, she carried Lee all the way through the song. Don't get me wrong I am a Lee fan also but the dude has some MAJOR pitch problems - anyone who doesn't hear this is tone deaf. Crystal is one of the best musicians to ever grace the idol stage during any season, she is the total package, singer/songwriter/musician, she should definitely win this thing and she really doesn't have any competition. I also love Casey James and Mike is great BUT to me he is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

This was great and will go down as an underrated performance-People don't want to give this season credit where its due and its sad. This season is great and this is an example why. I'm tired of the negative fans this season.

Ladies and gentlemen, you dont get better than that! Wow! That chemistry was amazing! I wish it was longer. Best thing ive ever heard on the American Idol stage.

I like it, the recording version are way better-I've just listened in itunes, it's like making a new song sound fresh and brand new, although the old version was great but Lee & Crystal version suitable for this season duets. As for last season, Kris Allen did great with this soung, although I didnt like the female harmony voice behind but he connects. Everyone has their favorite version, old or new, is how you interpret and relate to it....

This was just averagely good. It was saved by the fact that the song itself was more interesting than Mike/Casey's, and when all the instruments kicked in they helped raise the umph. But I'm really unimpressed with their vocals. Harmonies sounded weird, and I just couldn't find any appeal in Crystal's whiny tone of voice.

And Lee, it's amazing how he still has such a hard time grabbing the right pitchy in his low notes at the beginning of the songs. If he wins this, he would be the Idol with the most pitch problems ever. Kind of alarming actually.

Guys, studio solos and duets are up on itunes, and Casey/Mike's duet is OUTSTANDING!! Guitar and vocals A+++ Lee/Crystal's duet sounds fantastic also, but "Have you ever really loved a woman" sung by these 2 boys...is simply super special!! All Kind Of Beautiful....:)

This was the best of the season! My mom was bawling!!

At least Lee is challenging himself. That's more than I can say for pretty-boy Casey.

I haven't watched the last few weeks, I'll admit... but I think my favorite performances were Didi Benami - Rhiannon & Alex Lambert- Everybody Knows... both from the semis obviously

That was great..
but I prefer how Kris Allen sang it, even though I was a die hard Adam fan last season. Kris sang it with mor passion and I just liked it better.
I'm hoping that Crystal & Lee are the two left standing. :]

Between the crazy camera angles and Lee shouting (rather than singing) at Crystal, I didn't love it but it was decent. It didn't compare to Kris Allen's version, but I've gotta say, I think Crystal would have done an awesome solo of this.

When Kris sang it last year he touched my soul and I cried with how beautiful it was. Cyrstal and Lee did it justice.

Crystal is an incredible singer. She would have been in the top 3 in any season, and she deserves to win this season. She is miles ahead of these dudes.

This is a hot mess. Sadly, saying it's the best performance of the season is still pretty accurate.

I feel like I'm keep being reminded of Kris Allen. I know i shouldn't but a lot of the songs that were san this season were songs that were covered by Kris:

Apologize, What's Going On, Ain't No Sunshine, Come Together, The Way You Look Tonight, and now Falling Slowly. Also to be mentioned is the many covers of Man in The Mirror during Hollywood, Let it Be, and Hey Jude when he sang that on the tour.
