I think it was great and enjoyable, she reminds me a bit of carrie underwood and kelly clarkson, I really hope she stays

I really really like, but she sould have waited 5 years. Her confidence is in the tiolett and while she has a great voice, she doesn't look she's enjoying the competing part of the whole proccess. sigh, i feel for her.

She's still good tho, but she's not gonna win or be in the finals.

Its a shame she held back on this one - it could be nerves. At some point she has to split the country vote from Scotty. She's the real deal for the country fan of the two.

Lauren has everything going for her, but (I agree with other comments) that this along other performances have been safe. There's just something missing from her. :/

Lauren's voice is SO much better than that song!! And I think that's what the judges were trying to tell her. She sang it well, but there wasn't enough range to show off her ridiculously good vocals! Still, I think she will be safe since she had the pimp spot.

Her personality kinda like Martina McBride, I'd like her to be more Shania Twain. Don't be scared, enjoy the moment.. when she has fun we'll have fun.
She need to believe in herself like, NOW, that she's the star.

cute girl, BORING performance, not safe at all, just boring! someone you would go see at a high school musical play, not pay big $$$ to go see at a concert. Sorry! Maybe she and Scotty can be in their own band and they might have a shot about not big star contracts...cute though!

I think Lauren is very good. I am not sure if she can win this, though. I think the competition is still between Casey, James and Scotty. It will be a very tough finale.

Decent performance. I'm glad the judges called her out for not showing her full potential. I hope she takes that advice in. It is a good wake up call. I do believe it is her nerves. If she can get passed it, I believe she can take it. AI audience does like to see growth, so i hope she stays for awhile.

-____-' *sigh* Sorry, I just never liked the girls who acted like they were going to the hollywood clubs when they weren't even old enough to get in. Lauren is so likeable. She really doesn't need all "That!" to get to the next round.

Now, onto the vocal critique - she was outdone by the violin. It wasn't that it was bad, and it's not like Lauren is ever bad but she just lacks that showmanship and greatness that an American Idol needs! (See Naima on any given night for the former and Haley on last weeks duet of "Moanin" as well as "Benny and the Jets" for the latter).

If Lauren had been on last year--she would have won. No doubt at all.

While I like Lauren, it just seems that the past few weeks have been very safe. I don't really see her doing anything to put herself above the rest of the contestants. She comes out week after week and sings well but doesn't do anything to make me pick up the phone and vote for her.

Well I can say that she will not be part of the bottom 3 tomorrow.

She is very likable and girls vote for her too which Haley cannot seem to do.
