Kara DioGuardi to make Broadway debut in ‘Chicago’ as Roxie
Kara DioGuardi is coming to Broadway! Yes! This is amazingly great news.
She announced on Live with Regis and Kelly this morning that she will make her Broadway debut in Chicago playing Roxie in September. I am so excited!

As announced on the Friday, June 17 edition of “Live with Regis and Kelly,” this fall, Kara DioGuardi, Grammy nominated songwriter and star of “American Idol” and Bravo’s “Platinum Hit”, will make her Broadway stage debut as merry murderess Roxie Hart in the Tony Award-winning hit musical CHICAGO for an eight-week limited engagement, Monday, September 5 through Sunday, October 30, 2011 at the Ambassador Theatre.

Oh c'mon -- she's going to be great!
Sorry dude...I don't see her in the role of the sexy femme fatale "Roxy" ...not only because she is terminally annoying, but because she lacks charisma and sex appeal. Let's see what the critics say and I'll eat my words...or you'll eat yours! LOL!
