Joshua Allen and Chelsie Hightower — Argentine Tango and Disco — So You Think You Can Dance

I definitely agree with 6 & 7. The judges were etremely biased which really pissed me off. If they're biased in advantage to my fav, that just makes the win much less sweet.

Agree with everything that has been said. Biased critiques are a turn off, and bias editing as well.

SYTYCD needs a Simon Cowell (oddly enough) - someone who actually CRITIQUES performances. I only got to see the first 5 dances, but I got tired of hearing them say the same nice things (in essence) over and over. Sounds like they saved all the venom for one dance, which is silly. None of these dancers are flawless. Why don't they discuss technique? Ugh.

Well I thought they did a pretty good job with both of their dances. Nothing spectacular, but still entertaining to watch.
And I agree about Chelsie, but I'm not sure if the show edits her kind of humor the right way. So the things she says comes off rude/mean/snobby etc when she probably doesn't even mean for it to.

I agree with you, too, AWAU. Chelsie came off snobby and arrogant in the pre-dance clips. As if she were superior to Josh. That in and of itself turned me off. You can only say "I'm kidding" so many times before it becomes obvious the joke is NOT a joke but the truth!

I thought their disco was really fun! Josh and Chelsie both made mistakes, but I thought they carried on well and overall did a good job.

I don't know about Chelsie's attitude though, she was pretty rude to Josh, especially during their Tango practice. It seemed like one of those things were the person is 'joking' but they kinda cross the line a secretly p*ss you off!

I hope my post does not appear twice but it seems to have been lost after I hit SEND. In any case, I totally agree with Chrichton. For professional dancers, I thought Chelsie and Josh looked out of sync and uncoordinated during the disco number. It's clear the judges are gunning for Mark and Comfort's elimination and their comments appear to be doing all they can to influence the voting.

The judges were so unfair with their comments about the Disco. The performance was very sloppy and if it had been Mark & Comfort, they would have torn them apart. Sure they did some very impressive stunts, but watch the performance again. They were struggling just to keep up with the choreography.
