Jordan Smith Wins The Voice 2015 Season 9 After Record-Breaking Run (VIDEO)

Jordan Smith won the ninth season of “The Voice” on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. He is the third artist to deliver a win for Team Adam Levine since the series premiered in 2011.

Emily Ann Roberts from Team Blake Shelton finished second.

Jordan’s coronation song was “Climb Every Mountain” from The Sound of Music.

Jordan made “The Voice” history this season by becoming the first artist to land in the iTunes Top 10 on every single live show. He also landed at #1, #3 and #5 on iTunes overnight – another record.

Some of Jordan Smith’s performances were bonafide viral hits on the Internet.

His rendition of Great Is Thy Faithfulness shocked everyone as it was the first time a Gospel song was sung on the show.

His cover of Queen’s Somebody to Love unseated Adele from the #1 spot on iTunes – an incredible feat given that Adele has been making sales history of her own.

On the finale, the Kentucky native sang with Usher on Without You. You should also check out Jordan’s performance of Climb Every Mountain from Monday.

Congratulations Jordan Smith and Team Adam!
