After watching Haley and then seeing JLo perform her new CD it was obvious that Haley is an amazing vocalist and stylist and Jlo is just another run of the mill neverbeen. How can anyyou listen to mediocre singers (like JLo) after listening to Haley? f

Loved when Steven said it wasn't a hit song and Randy looked amazed and tried to say it was....

It wasn't!

Listening to just the vocal without watching the video I understand a bit of what Randy said about the shouting..it does come across that. But at the same time it really shows the "anger" that is meant to be reflected in the song.

Haley has been being pimped all season by the judges so to say she was being picked on was unfair.

Haley screamed the end of the song, plain and simple. The judges always complained about Casey's growl and have said little about Haley's. It is just as annoying...and unnecessary.

Haley is a great singer and a wonderful performer. This was not anywhere near her best. AND, her attitude was atrocious last night.

IF she could have hit the notes she should have done so.

IF she didn't want to be critiqued for singing a song that a lot of America wouldn't know for the second week in a row, she shouldn't have done so.

AND she should never have talked back to the judges or shown such a nasty attitude when she did not agree with them. Her attitude when Randy said that Lauren, Scotty & James were tied at the end of the first round was also atrocious.

Good grief. Randy and J-Lo are idiots... especially Randy. Totally unfair of him to single Haley out -- especially since she DID sing her first song so well! That performance actually had me in tears, and that NEVER happens with this show. You could just feel her so much when she sang this song. I sincerely hope that Randy made the comments he did to get people pissed enough to vote like crazy for Haley. I thought she was absolutely fantastic tonight!

Haley did an amazing job on this song. Her performance was beyond anything Randy or Jlo have ever accomplished in their careers. Haley will have a great career if she does not listen to people like them and continues to do this sort of stuff.

Don't sent home, haley please. She sing like a bird she is a good risky competitor. #SaveHaley!

I thought this was cute. Lauren's take on the judges vs. Haley.

I thought this was incredible and I really don't know what the judges are talking about. For those of us who are more earth centered in our faith this was very meaningful. Kudos to Haley. She is by far my favorite in this competition.

Didn't love the song; but I think Haley 'brought it'. I hate the way Randy/JLo are always giving her such a hard time. So when they say "THIS is why we give you such a hard time!" does that mean the others don't merit tough constructive criticism or that the judges think they are already perfect? I don't get it; I think Haley is miles ahead of Lauren, vocally.

I just watched that performance for the second time, and it blows me away that Lopez and Jackson tossed Haley under the bus....yet again. J-Lo looked like she was pissed off that the audience was still clapping, which prevented her from launching into her 'attack'. Jackson was worse.....babbling on like an idiot.

Good on Haley, for looking fed-up with the two of them.....and good on Tyler, for calling out his fellow judges and saying straight out......they're both wrong.

And you know what. They were wrong.

Not to say I'm nuts about the tune, but Haley sang it very well.

But, this being American Idol.....Haley will go home, and a Howdy-Doody look-a-like with a voice that sounds exactly like 1000's of others floating around Nashville, will probably win in the end. He seems like a good kid, but seriously.....does Country Music really need a cowBOY? I think he's a novelty act.

You have the song name wrong. Haley sang the Growl Song. Was she tryin to drop a load on stage or what.

I can't remember the last time I saw a judge literally bully a singer. He wouldn't stop with the negative comments. I sincerely hope that Randy's contract is up. His comments suck. 1) I'm sorry, James wasn't that good and if you're reading this America - the last THREE Idol winners have been male rocker types and NONE have made any sort of impact in the music scene. 2)Love Potion #9 performance reminded me of the time Adam Lambert did Ring of Fire and Simon called it "overindulgent". I thought James was really overindulgent
3) I'm not a huge country fan but Scotty will be a star. Whether he wins or not, it doesn't matter.
I think James should go home. Sorry, I was over metal rock in 1989 along with the rest of the world.

Loved half the song, hated the screaming!

Randy is clueless. Haley is the perfect package. Has it all and is a class act, unlike the man/child Jackson, fixated at 18 years old trying to be hip. Haley is the best full package, ever. Not a metal rocker, not a country girl, not a folk singer, but an a full musical talent.

That was absolutely awful. Randy was right, but she was still better than James!

What the hell is wrong with the judges tonight?! Yeah, I think they're trying to get rid off Haley no matter how hard she tried (well, with the exception of last week with her undeniably sensational performance of "The House of The Rising Sun") I like Haley because no matter what, she always has a laid back attitude, doesn't care whether going home or not, unlike Lauren) So if you're Haley's fans: vote, vote, vote, vote, vote... like crazy, guys! As long as she's in the top 3, that's good enough for me! Vote! Vote! Vote! Vote!!!!

I am not a fan of this MJ song. That said, I think Haley did ok with it. I think she could have paced it a little better, and I agree that there was too much growling near the end. She is a good singer, and an even better performer. I don't pay attention to what the judges say - they don't know what they're saying half of the time.

When she's off the show, there will be nothing to watch. I thought when she started shouting was the best part.

Great. Now Haley will be the first to go in the 2nd round, and they have to force this synopsis of the 1st round into the break, to give her more pressure.

Randy is such a jerk! And she was SO RIGHT to tell him ''very nice of you'' when that f dude said ''it was a tie between Scotty, James and Lauren''. Pfff. I hope Idol crashes and burnes next season so he won't get any money. Still can't believe it. She better be in the top 3 for being treated the way she's being treated, and not being fairly criticized.

I am not familiar with this song, but I thought this was awesome. Haley has really won me over.

I love Haley like James. She never disappoint her fans (with the exception of some performance). She's always exciting. I could get the judges point but it looks like they are just bias. Why they don't mention James pitch problems (although I like James)? How about Scotty's monotonous singing? Also, how 'bout Lauren's lack of confidence?

Season 10 will be boring if they will push Lauren and Scotty in the finale. This is American Idol and not a Country Idol.

Randy just doesn't like Haley period unless she brings the house down. He had nothing put positive things to say about Jacob who made it way farther in the competition as he should have. Randy to me is like Simon, he has already picked who he wants to see advance and gives judges comments based on that.

Well, it's apparent Jennifer Lopez and Randy don't want Haley to be in the final 3. I loved everything about that, she completely made it her own. Why does Randy always tell others that he loves that they can do so many different things but when it comes to Haley if she does something different he trashes her. I just don't get it!

she went all out....you could tell her passion for the song...vocally it wasnt the BEST performance, but I think she did amazingly well...and was unfairly judged by Randy and Jennifer, who've not been a fan of her.

Haley was amazing and I can't even BELIEVE that they actually talked to her that way. PLUS - J.Lo, what the heck are you talking about? Newsflash: You can't even sing!
