Add me to the list of 2.3 billion who don't understand Constantine's appeal.

He's on a daily soap opera and has managed to only sell 2 and a half cd's. The guy needs to go away, America is not impressed.

Speaking of Elliott...did anyone catch the clip of elliott in Austin TX 8/28/07 where he choked mid song on the Turkey sandwich he had for lunch?

It was sort of funny...and Elliott (like a trooper)...laughed it off and continued on with the song. Here's clips of his performances on YouTube...he's singing with only Russell accompanying him on guitar...excellent performances like always! ;)

Okay...I am a big Con fan but I have been balanced in my critiques of his performances..i.e..his not too enthralling poolside appearance and sloppy kissing scene with Felicia...but this song ROCKS...he hit it out of the ballpark...perfect in every way..star power, delivery, voice etc..Elliot was okay but he lost me the first quarter of the song...sorry but fast forwarded the other singer..Hope Con sells tons and tons of records..He is a true pro with hard core work ethics.. and deserves every success that comes his way.

I am mad at Rickey for taping the whole thing, sorry soap acting included, and not just the performances.

Constantine sounded like a constipated wood rat. He is so gross and the slight overbite makes him look like a serial killer. Not cute.

Just in case anyone's wondering, Constantine and Phoebe won the Boldface Challenge today and sang EL as a duet. Con was his old, hot-as-an-early-morning-breakfast-bowl, hippity hoppity self. Better than I've seen him in so long. I wouldn't have been surprised if he'd looked right at the camera and murmured, "Hey, Mama." That's how good he was, right down to the much-loved, "Eeooow" at the end. G's, it was hot. Review from the 5 yr. old: "That was cool."

CON IS HOT!!!!!

Laff, the thumbs up from Felicia was like a motherly affirmation from his new booty mama. Con's ingratiated himself upon her by donating all the proceeds from the Boldface Challenge to the hospital at which her cancer was cured. She appropriately showed her appreciation by swallowing his face.

Becki, when I roll on the floor laughing my @ss off, I'm usually making out with Con at the same time. That's the way I roll.

You know I love Elliot, but even with the new chompers, he can't help but look wolfish. Maybe if he didn't lean his head back like he's howling at the moon. Owooooo!

that clip was surreal, man. seeing Con act made me lmao in a big way. he has this operatic Queen voice and the Fading Away song wasnt bad. i sorta hummed. I think Wait For You is massively overplayed. and that Jon dude sounded good ! and a bit cute. =) sweet! now where the heck is ACE? He is getting lost in the rough and tumble of AI alumni appearances.

I love "Fading Into You" and Constantine sang it very well. My channel was pre-empted by some stuff about the weather but I didn't really miss any of the singing.

Elliott was great as well as Jon Mclaughlin.

The soap is kind of like a generic soap, since it's only one half hour they try to ram everything into it. But I'm liking it a little better now. Constantine should get more air time though.

Gawd, I haven't watched a soap in 40 years but I'll watch ANYTHING to see and hear Elliott sing. He did not disappoint. Jon was cute but I couldn't understand a word and Constacheese just wasn't doing it for me. No, Elliott stole the show.

Goodness gracious! Awesome song Constantine. It melts my heart upon hearing it. Love it!

I like that John McLaughlin guy - I'd never heard him before. And I cannot say enough good things about Elliot. Such a genuinely nice guy with an incredible voice. I liked that he mixed the song up as well.

Does anyone actually watch the show? Is Constantine's character based on himself? Like is he a singer on the show as well?

Fading Into You should be a hit if it manages to get airplay. It's much nicer on the CD.

I'm so torn between how lame it all was and how much I love seeing Con on TV AND how interested in the ridiculous story lines I've become. It's a slippery slope, my friends.

BTW, he should have peppered the audience with buckshot when they started clapping along while he was singing. I HATE that!

THAT WAS SO CREEPY!!! And I don't mean C or E, but the implementation! When Elliott walks down the stairs, the audience isn't moving at all, and everybody is watching straight forward even though Elliot is there in the middle - are they wax dolls or did they add audience from a still photo!? How surreal!

And the Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell lookalikes, geez, especially to Simon the wig must be the ultimate insult, LOL :)
