Drake Parodies ‘Hotline Bling’ for Super Bowl Commercial (VIDEO)

Drake has some time before Views From the 6 drops in April, so why not shoot a Super Bowl commercial parodying your own music video?

In this Super Bowl spot for T-Mobile, Drake reenacts the music video for “Hotline Bling” with some amusing differences. Basically, a bunch of T-Mobile spokespersons are there to give their notes on his performance, and some lyrics he should add to the song.

“When you say ‘Call me on my cellphone,’ just add, ‘Device eligible for upgrade after 24 months,'” says one of the executives, while another states, “Also, you need to include that streaming music will incur data charges,” another adds. Drake is aglow with the world’s most utterly ridiculous smile when he states, “These changes don’t ruin the song at all!”

It’s a downright silly spot, but it’s exactly what we’ve come to expect from Super Bowl commercials. Check out Drake’s “Hotline Bling” Super Bowl commercial below:
