Exclusive on the Internet: an alleged cover of the January 7, 2012 issue of People Magazine showing Taylor Lautner coming out as gay saying:

Tired of rumors, the Twilight star opens up about his decision to finally come out. “I’m more liberated, and happier than I’ve ever been.”

Sadly, this is a fake.

I don't get it why there must always be some huge annoucement when somebody coming out gay? I don't see any straight people in magazines going "hey read this I'm heterosexual." You love who you love, so why even put yourself out there like that? Okay...rant over.

Well, it shouldn't matter whether he is or he isn't gay. He's still a human being and it is his business and nobody should raise an eyebrow about it. Hopefully a day will come soon when sexual preference isn't a big deal.

I tried to sign in temporarily as ' Grasshopper ', but Rickey nixed my comment I guess because of that. Anyway, no offense was intended by using the word " preference " in my prior post. I appreciate your enlightening me, master. I am always willing to learn. Thank you .... ;)

This wording makes a huge difference to the gay community. "Preference" implies a conscious decision whereas orientation implies you were born that way. I guess it depends on how you look at "gayness" as an individual. Every gay I know is a but insulted when it is referred to as "preference" when clearly they feel it is their "orientation." You may think I am being nit picky...but I promise I am not. It's pretty simple to comprehend. Any gays want to weigh in? Feel free to demur if you must.
