He has way more charm and poise than vocal ability. He is still young and a lot of male singers really arrive in their 30's so he has some time to mature. Being cute will only get you so far. I see him more as an actor with singing ability.

@digitalpunkdiva  So funny that you say that because I was thinking the same thing when I watched this video, that he would make a far better professional actor than singer.

Very cute and charismatic. However,  Dez is just not that great a vocalist. When he attempts to hit those upper registers, his voice wavers and is quite pitchy.  He certainly appears to have a lot of poise on stage, but it seems staged and well-rehearsed; not natural and spontaneous.
