Devon Barley and Rebecca Loebe – Creep – The Voice Battle Round

I really wanted 2 swear after I saw Adam pick Devon. But honestly neither of them did that song justice. After seeing Street Corner Symphony perform that song, I just did not think Devon or Rebecca took it 2 the next level.

Devon did better. Rebecca sounded pitchy in parts to me, whereas Devon was pitch perfect.

I thought Devon did better on this song than Rebecca. She was very polished, but lacked conviction. Sorry not to get on the Rebecca bandwagon, but I agree with Adam's pick.

I know I'm going to get ragged on but I liked Devon. Yes, Rebecca is by far the more talented singer but the song favored a male voice anyway. In that sense, the song sounded better on Devon.

Rebecca doesn't need a tv show to gain fans & expand her career. She's talented so people will follow her naturally. Devon needs "The Voice" because he would have never been discovered other wise. People would have told him that he had a good voice & what not but he would have never scored a record deal.

WHAAAAATTT?!! Rebecca lost to him? Not that he's horrible, but she is a far superior singer than he is. Hard to believe. Her iTunes song was only one of two that I bought because it kept haunting me after hearing her sing it on her audition. That's the kind of response you want from a singer. Someone that doesn't let go of you. I can't see Devon drawing people in like she can with her voice. I am bummed. :-(

I fail to understand the meaning of the whole show. First the judges fight each other to get the "perfect team" then they right away pair up their best and send one home.....Don't like the format at all. This round of battles is very boring.....

I have to mirror what someone else said. The first 2 weeks, it was so predictable who would be picked, based on who was in commercials for the show weeks ago. Today they send chubs and the "hot" girl home... I was pretty surprised... especially considering those 2 sisters are pretty awful.

I agree adam should have picked Rebecca, Devon is not that good! But maybe he knows that and has plans for one of his other people who knows!

Really? The 1st 2 weeks of the battle rounds, it was so obvious who was going to win. I've guessed wrong on 2 of the 3 battle rounds so far this evening. Who picks Chicken Little over Rebecca?

OMG, I'm shocked. This is more shocking to me than anything I saw on Idol this year. Rebecca Loebe is the reason I was watching "The Voice." I thought she wiped the floor with Devon who was shaky on the verses. I'm surprised that Adam went this route, I really am. What will I watch now while I wait for X Factor?
