The X FactorDemi Lovato talks about her upcoming VMAs appearance and what it’s like to be a judge on The X Factor during her appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. With her number one song, upcoming debut on The X Factor and VMAs appearance and now a slew of appearances on the talk show circuit, Demi really seems to be blowing up this week!
Demi received her first Video Music Awards nomination this year and will be performing on the show for the first time as well. She told Jimmy she’s doing OK for now, but she’s sure she’ll “be really nervous and about to pee my pants,” when her VMA performance comes around.
She also talks about how it’s a bit awkward judging contestants that are older than her on The X Factor, but that she really loves the chance to be a mentor and “give back.” She cites her mother, who was a country singer, as her main mentor and musical influence.
I’m super excited for all the great things Demi has going on right now! I hope she turns out to be a good judge on The X Factor.
