American Idol runner-up David Archuleta is in the Philippines right now to film his mini-series ‘Nandito Ako’ for TV5. He’s going to be a superstar! Exactly how I thought would happen. I’m so excited!

I can't wait to see the whole 5-week (daily?) series somehow (hopefully DVDs) and hear the whole song!! And he may also be recording it in English. I hope they put both on iTunes and not just one. And the directors seem very happy with his acting. The first acting was a video promo. The promo director said David's natural and the series director is very happy with him too and said if there was more time he would love to do a movie with David. I hope there is still interest in doing that when David returns from his mission. The buzz is great too - Nandito Ako has been trending all by itself. And there is a lot of entertainment news show coverage.
