‘Dance Moms’ Star Abby Lee Miller Seeking Extension in Her Fraud Trial

After pleading not guilty to bankruptcy fraud, Abby Lee Miller of Dance Moms fame is seeking an extension for her upcoming trial.

If convicted she faces up to five years in prison and $5 million in fines, so we assume she wants to build a strong defense.

The 49-year-old was indicted by a grand jury back in October for hiding $755,000 in earnings in a secret bank account. Allegedly.

According to one media outlet, evidence against Miller includes an email to her accountant reading: “LETS MAKE MONEY AND KEEP ME OUT OF JAIL. DON’T PUT CASH IN THE BANK!!!”

Again, “allegedly.”
