It sounds like everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. I made the turkey dinner at my house but we went to my daughter and her fiance's house for dessert. My husband did make some really good cheesecake though.

I'm home! LOL I've been enjoying Thanksgiving with most of my family. One daughter has moved to Utah and didn't come home--she's saving her trip for Christmas--but the rest of the bunch have been here. For the first time in 20+ years I didn't do a thing toward fixing the traditional spread, except to advise and instruct. And my oldest daughter did a fantastic job! I'm still feeling the need to be a lazy sick person, not doing much at all. But it's good to know that she can handle the big family dinners when and if it's necessary for her to do so--and that SHE knows she can do it, too! Ah, motherhood--the object of your job is to work yourself out of a job! :)
