I figured out one of the things I can't stand about Jess...
Other than the fact that he is annoying, he is a bobblehead. Just look at him, his head is way too big for his body. It is not proportional. It is creepy watching him dance!
I'm sure he's mostly likely a nice guy in real life but I just can't stand his SYTYCD persona. He's like watching Charo on acid and in an inferno of flames (and that's coming form someone who plays on that "team")!

Jess, atop a Bandstand in the opening seconds of their routine reminded me more of Judy Garland than Frank Sinatra!!! Luckily, Clarice was DAZZLING and saved the routine!
Jean Marc was the top choreographer by a landslide tonight. These guys finally shined as a couple and was the best of the night IMHO.
My favorite guy in the competition. He will go FAR!!!! Go Jess!!!!!
