Church’s Anti-Atheist Billboard Is Actually A Pro-Atheist Message

Church s Anti Atheist Billboard Is Actually A Pro Atheist Message

In response to ads from the Freedom From Religion Foundation in Ohio, the McElroy Road Church of Christ put out their own ads that actually supported atheism.

The billboard says: “There is no god. Don’t believe everything you hear.”

My sentiments exactly!

Thank you McElroy Road Church of Christ! You guys are the best. I’m glad you guys saw the light.

With only 15% of Americans not identifying themselves as part of any religious affiliation, what are the Christians worried about? I guess the fascists won't stop until they have everyone's mind filled with their laughable fables.

The "Don't Believe Everything You Hear" was probably in reference to his comment about there being no God. Meaning you shouldn't believe his anti-religious message.

Then of course there's the irony of what the church was responding to: an atheist group, -- despite the movement's supposed hatred of the practice -- proselytizing. Hi-lar-ious! :D

I guess they hate proselytising so much they contrived to do the opposite.
