What do you get when you cross former members of Evanescence with a past ‘American Idol’ contestant? We Are the Fallen, of course. Featuring Carly Smithson on vocals, We Are the Fallen released a remastered version of their debut single, ‘Bury Me Alive,’ featuring an orchestral outro last month. Today, Noisecreep premieres the official video for ‘Bury Me Alive.’ The video treatment was conceived by director Kyle Newman and his actress wife Jamie King. Members of We Are the Fallen say the concept was kismet.

the lead singer reminds me a lot of Amy Lee
She sounds and kind of looks like her, but has a more edgier sound.

Hurray for Carly! I love the song. I am a little unsettled by how closely they are imitating Evanescence. They need to make themselves more distinct. I think making it more goth is helping with that. Other than that I love the video and the song.

Did anyone heard Siobhan's band do The Cranberries' "Zombie" ? She sounded great.

Don't like it, it's too goth for me. And sorry, but Simon was right. She doesn't act like a star. She's gained weight (that's not bad), but she has no stage presence. Now I see why she never got a record contract.
