Caitlyn Jenner Settles Lawsuit with Driver Involved in Fatal Car Accident
Caitlyn Jenner has settled a lawsuit filed by a woman that was involved in a fatal car accident last February.
PEOPLE reports: “Jessica Steindorff was asking for compensatory and punitive damages, and she and Jenner have settled for an undisclosed amount of money, according to court documents.”
Kim Howe was killed in a multi-vehicle crash involving Caitlyn who was then still referred to as Bruce Jenner. Kim hit her brakes when Steindorff stopped in front of her. Jenner rear-ended Howe, causing her to hit Steindorff’s car and unto incoming traffic.
Caitlyn Jenner was cleared of any wrongdoing in September after an extensive investigation by police.
