This is an interesting collaboration. Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day and Norah Jones have teamed up to record a duets LP together. They have gotten together to record “Foreverly”, a track-for-track tribute to the Everly Brothers‘ 1958 album, “Songs Our Daddy Taught Us”.

The album will feature re-imagined versions of such classic songs like “Down In The Willow Garden” and “Barbara Allen”.

“Foreverly” will contain these 12 tracks:

“Roving Gambler”
“Long Time Gone”
“Lightning Express”
“Silver Haired Daddy Of Mine”
“Down In The Willow Garden”
“Who’s Gonna Shoe Your Pretty Little Feet”
“Oh So Many Years”
“Barbara Allen”
“Rockin’ Alone (In An Old Rockin’ Chair”
“I’m Here To Get My Baby Out Of Jail”
“Kentucky”
“Put My Little Shoes Away”

“Foreverly” will be released on November 25th on Reprise Records.
