I have been reading and posting on Rickey's and MJ's since Idol season 4. I don't read here or over there as often as I used to, but I prefer Rickey's light fun to MJ's abitrary rules. I like her post Idol coverage better, and most of the TV shows(too many) at Ricky's I don't watch! For everything in between (AI, Voice, SXFactor UK, US), I read Rickey. I love Rickey's recaps and posts, Howard's Idol recaps post immediately after the show, Mkhail <3 and his wow factor, The Secret Show with Jeffrey (when he shows up), Archie Sue, Takakupu, new writer Joe. I miss Noelle. At MJ's, it's all MJ. I don't come here only for the naked pictures Rickey, but I do look!

I'm prepating the "year in review" post now and this "naked pictures" myth will soon be debunked by the stats. It's amazing really. In fact I couldn't be happier to prove all these detractors wrong.
Seriously, this has been the best year ever on Rickey.org. And though we do ride the wave of the Internet scandals -- it's the ones in between as you mentioned that truly make everything work. The stats prove it. I am so happy.

OMG! what the hell is happening? MJ and Rickey are fighting? what for? both are very popular blogs.. Personally i like the coverage of MJs post-american idol careers because it is always extensive and up to date. For Rickey's i agree that it is the fastest in the planet come american idol proper. Rickey's really upload the performance uber fast! :) But have to agree with some people here that Rickey sometimes tend to favor other contestants instead of being neutral. But otherwise i would like to give the edge to Rickey as he is Pinoy and for a pinoy to be a very successful blogger makes me think that anything can happen for us too.. :) we can be known worldwide if we put our minds to it and be hardworking.
minor things that i think rickey should have.. please have a mobile version.. because whenever im using my phone for net it takes a very long time to load unlike MJs that has a mobile version. rickey please? before the start of AI? thanks thanks! :)
for adriana there is promise.. I can still say that jessica is better basing from the performances but hey lets not count her out as well as she may surprise us hopefully. but I WILL FOREVER SAY THAT JESSICA IS THE BEST VOCALIST I HAVE EVER HEARD ON IDOL and yeah you can crucify me but thats my OPINION and I respect whoever is your best.. :)
and mikhail i think both are pretty! jessica has her own beauty as well as adriana.. :) guess beauty really is in the eye of the beholder right? BUT STILL I LOVE YOU MIKHAIL!!! :)

@Jenny1293 My point was that it is unimportant what this young girl looks like (but, FWIW, she looks like a typical teen to me) and that the stealth Jessica fanatic who posted the two derogatory comments was doing so to (in his whacked mind) elevate Jessica.
Since it was brought up....I only said that, IMO, this girl has a better looking face. Realising this has nothing to do with either of their talent. The pics you posted of Jess--professionally shot, made up, one very grainy sans detail---and then trying to compare them to a home snap shot of this girl sans professional make up, professional touch up is ridiculous. Whilst I think their physical appearance does not matter in my book, I have to say in response to you now that IMO...Jessica is not a pretty girl. The glossed over, enhanced images you produced have not changed my mind as you had so desperately hoped, Lol! She still looks like Jessica. One can't be everything in life. And in the scheme of things, one's physical appearance matters not. :)

@mjsbigblog Well, I've posted at your place, MJ... periodically (and still do)...though not as much as I do here. I've never gotten the impression from Rickey that it was one or the other, or that he cared whether regular posters here hang at your site as well, OR that it was some competition. Nary a mention. There are a lot of awesome people here on Rickey's as well and it, too, is a pretty solid community on the net. The blogs have different cultures and that's cool. Are people like me who hang regularly at Rickey's no longer welcome on your blog ? I don't want to get banned too!
