There’s a new David Archuleta Scandal!

Claudia Archuleta, David’s older sister, posted this picture of David Archuleta in pajamas — which apparently made a group of people over at IdolForums very upset. Really? David in PJs is upsetting? Anyway, she also wrote a couple details like: David Archuleta’s favorite ice cream flavor is: Strawberry and Banana, and that he doesn’t watch any movies with nudity. The only R-rated movie he has ever seen in his life was “The Matrix”. She also described herself as “corrupted” and David Archuleta always tells her to… repent!

I need to interview her. She’s awesome.

aawww Rickey!! REPENT!! lol I haven’t been here in ages, working like a mad woman, but this one is worth a comment ( or two, lol) There is nothing upsetting about it, it is actually overly sweet…mmm PJ’s? more like “leisure” pants to me…but oh, so cute and adorable…I’m sure all those “corrupted” minds felt like putting him to bed and reading him a bedtime story, haha..surely those people should repent!

He looks cute in PJ’s and looks like he is just waking up. All new information about David is great, but personal photo shots like this is not good, this might upset David. He is willing to do almost anything, this really is uncalled for, especially if he knew nothing about it. I think stuff like this is what David is trying to avoid, him not having his personal space. Sorry folks, but that is how I feel about this one.

of course, with any other celebrity out there – its not a big deal at all. but with David, being so modest and all, and the fact that his sister is out there posting it without caring at all about her brother – its something. yes, there’s the paparazzi, but thats because he knows they’re out there, not when hes actually at his hotel with his family, where he’d like to keep his personal life…personal.

that however, does not stop the fact that he looks ADORABLE with his pjs love his archubooty. haha

Poor David, I hope he won’t be upset. He did let us see him shopping, in the dentist chair, etc, maybe she asked him and he said yes to post this pic. We will never know for sure.

Repent? Oh, come on! I think Claudia seems pretty normal. She seems laid back, actively dates, and not as into the religious aspect. I admit that her posts have an edge to them, if she is in fact TG. They are innocent, but there’s an edge that I can’t put my finger on.

Hmmm… I see nothing scandalous about this picture. I wonder why some people are upset about it. My son wore pants like that to school the other day because it was Pajama Day. Maybe it’s because it’s kind of during a “private” moment at home or in a hotel or something? That must be it because let’s face it, that bullfighter getup from the Ford commercial was more obscene on all the guys than this outfit!

Another little known Archufact:

In recognition of the release of David’s album, from here on the month of November will be known in the Gregorian calendar as Archvember. The eras will be named the same, BC (Before Crush) and AD (Anno David, the year of David), and will now be adjusted to reflect the year of David’s birth. Today’s date is Archvember 3, 17 AD.

One more thing, David Cook wears David Archuleta pajamas.

Crush is down to #10 on Rate the Music. I have been doing 3 all along – Top 40, AC, and Hot AC with 3 account(I think I mention that in my Angel Page). I signed up for one of those through my local Clear Channel Top 40 station so sometimes I also get their custom RateTheMusic survey and Crush is on that too.

I think it was on idolforums last night but the thread was pulled. I think it is a typical sister-joke thing to do. However, I think that this is a wake-up call for anyone close to David (or any other public person). If they can not trust those around them to allow them to be themselves in their OWN PRIVATE LIFE, than they become isolated. What actually happens is that the famous person no longer trusts that person with their real self. That person may still be loved by the famous person but the trust is gone.

BTW – you need different email addresses to sign up for different genres of RateTheMusic surveys. I have several free Gmail accounts so I use those.

Hot AC is a tough place to compete with Cook, It was Crush’s slowest chart to climb. Currently on the real Mediabase Hot AC chart, Crush is 20 and Light On is 30 (30 being why Light On just made it into that survey).

I’ve been thinking about this picture.

1. If he didn’t approve this photo being posted, then it was wrong for her to do it. It’s not like posting a picture from a public appearance, or even a candid taken in public (like at a restaurant or even just on the street). People know that they might be photographed in public. A photo taken at home, or in a place where there’s an expectation of privacy, shouldn’t be published without the consent of the person photographed. I think the people at IDF were right to object.

What is wrong with you Rickey? You profess to be a fan of David and then you post this? David’s private life is HIS. Shame on whoever took this picture then put it on the net. Now you are trying to make a huge deal about the “gossip” factor. Siblings do unkind things. sometime out of sheer jealousy. IF this is his sister’s way of thanking him for the car from Ford, she hardly deserves it now.
I was in your blog tv chat last night and heard you snickering about wanting Claudia Archuleta on as interview guest. where di you expect the discussion to go? I am sure if David isn’t pleased with the posting, he will surely think twice about further communication with your site. Jeff Archuleta calls you and was cadid with you on some album information a few weeks ago. You think he will be pleased you made David feel uncomfortable by displaying this photo?

Good evening angels-Thank you MomWithODD for saying that sweet compliment about me saying that I remind you of a female Dominic because of my outstanding support of David. That meant alot just because his music and the values he has makes you want to be a better person. I grew up listening to all 70’s&80’s and the music that followed the 80’s were pretty much dull and disapointing for me. So when David graced our lives his music was like a gift from heaven it was refreshing and the best music and singing I have heard in a long time. David’s album will become platinum because it is the best and no one can even come close in comparison. Simply put “PURE PERFECTION” at its best. About the picture David is in the spotlight as it is and this should have been what is considered a private moment away from the public eye for him to have some peace and quiet time for himself if only for a short time before he has get ready for his album release and touring. The picture was adorable. This is simply my opinion and it is not right for me to say or judge what the other’s say or feel. Everyone has a right to their opinion. I agree with Noel that we all have freedom of speech. Hope you are feeling better Noel. MomWithODD,AngelMom,Rhubarb,Carly,Noel,fa3ryg1rl you are all sweet people and I am proud to have you as friends and all the other angels are sweet people and I consider everyone here like family because the angels are nicer than most of my high school friends and the people that I work with are bunch of cry babies they are busy sticking their noses in other people business.
