Today is sadly the last day that we will see David Archuleta’s bodyguard in New York since they are scheduled to leave later in the day. If you see them — make sure to give a shout out to TONY for doing such a good job of protecting David from the paparazzi and the autograph hounds.

I crawlled out of bed at 6:59 AM(after working 7AM-10PM and staying up to 12MN reading everyone’s posts….yes,I’m one of many big lurkers!!). When I turned on my TV to the today show there was the intro with THE DAVIDS. Cookie was being made-up…which he badly needed. Our beautiful boy, who never really needs make-up,was doing his HOMEWORK with his usual angelic but somewhat goofy grin. God he’s adorable. I danced around my livingroom singing GO ARCHIE! What a great way to start my day!! I’m impatiently waiting for his appearance on the Today show. Have a great day everyone!! luv y’all

Didnt they look soo eased today they looked great and at peace for the first time since like 5 months ago. Our Archie has matured sooo much in the last 5 months its amazing and i think cook is a great role model for him experience wise, even though archie needs no vocal experience. He has matured so much in the last month its incredible..

Hi All! THE TODAY SHOW EXPERIENCE WAS INCREDIBLE!

I just got to work right from Rockefeller Plaza. So much to tell. I am sneaking this recap for you guys, lol.

Ok…so I got there at 430am! And there were already both Cook Fans and Archey fans there. The general admission people slept the night before. I was on the VIP line and then met up with lots of people from rickey’s. Shout Out to Stina and ealbino! WooHoo! Then Rickey came and everyone was so excited.

About 6am the David’s pull up and rush into the studio. At 615ish we are taken in 10 people at a time to get our VIP passes and then we darted outside to get to the front. I was right in front! We got to listen to Both David’s do rehearsals. Little David rehearsed “Think Of Me” 3 times (what a perfectionist!).

Then the Today Show started and the crowd behind us was HUGE! The cameras must have panned us so many times. I think you can see me behind Al Roker when he was doing the weather. I was the short little asian guy.

So then the David’s do their interviews and then they come out and circle the entire vicinity taking random pictures and autographs. They spent the longest time with the media paparazzi. There were so many of them there too!

So finally the David’s perform. Both Cook and Archey were awesome. David Cook sounds so great live and he is way cuter in person than on TV, IMO. When Archey performed I was speechless. His voice booms and is so pure. It is just such an experience. He was so adorable and humble.

Then Cookie and Archie did their final autographs and goodbyes…AND I GOT A PHOTO OF BOTH OF THEM TOGETHER SIGNED! AHHHH!!!!! They both laughed at the photo because it was the one Rickey posted two days ago from David Cook’s myspace with him and Archey together and Cookey giving Archie a headlock. They both loved it. I said THANK YOU to Archey and when he was being whisked away he screamed You’re Welcome back!

I WANT TO THANK STINA SOOOOOO MUCH FOR GIVING ME THAT EXTRA PHOTO SHE HAD. If it wasn’t for her giving me that extra photo, I wouldnt have gotten both of their autographs! I owe you forever, girl!

After the crowd dispersed, ealbino, stina, Rickey, and I took photos in the plaza together and then Rickey left to go find the Fanesha’s! Haha.

We then met up with other Angels and had breakfast and now I am at work. What an experience this morning was! I have PLENTY OF PICS AND VIDEOS! Once I get home tonight I will post as many as I can.

Cute, but the picture I’m waiting for is DA giving Cook at piggyback ride! I’m starting to get annoyed at people treating him like he’s a midget or something. All the men in my family are short. My tallest son is only 5′9″ and my third son is Archie’s height. It never occurs to me they are short. But then my husband is 6;4″ and I’m only 5′2″. We do look a bit odd together.

One thing that has really jumped out at me is that our boy is not preoccupied with all the advice he received….lip licking/eyes closing. He just sings his heart out and is lost in the moment. Who could ask for more; he is not afraid to be vulnerable and doesn’t worry about looking cool.

i guess my eyes did not deceive me. i coudl have sworn i saw some “grayish” looking hair too, but thought it was just the light.. his hair is pretty black so sometimes if the light hits is in an odd way, it can look gray. i have to look more closely, or better yet, i hope one day i have the chance to meet him like all you other lucky ducks here, making me all jealous!!!

i think the gray hair is only on the right side.. look carefully at the piggyback picture and you’ll see it. I’m almost certain it’s not the light. I noticed it in his t.v. guide picture too where he is singing in the studio. Like I said though I find it cute so I hope no one thinks I’m nitpicking!

Hi angels! I’ve been a looong time lurker here & a HUGE archie fan.. I just registered to share this short little interview I found on idolforums from an Atlanta radio station.. I don’t think it’s been posted yet?

The DJS play a clip from Constantine’s interview where he called Archie a “punk”.. I LOVE David’s reaction to it.. It really shows how mature he is and how great his character is. He pretty much just brushed it off his shoulders.. What a guy!

Although my hands are still shaking and my heart is still racing I will try to describe the moment. It was..(simon cowell pause).. AMAZING, UPLIFTING, MESMERIZING, JOYFUL and MOVING. I almost cried while he was singing but held it back! He sang Think of Me and his voice was strong and pure and it seems to go right through you and straight to your heart. It’s as if you lose your breath and your heart skips a beat. His voice was stunning and I almost felt like I was gonna pass out! If you think he sounds great on TV you will find that he sounds EVEN BETTER in person.

And as if his voice was not enough, this young man is breathtakingly gorgeous in person. His smile seems to radiate a light that shines and its like a summer breeze across your face. I will never forget his moment and I will never be able to thank you enough.

I met all the Fanblast winners…Tos, Nicole, Alyssa, Sara, Mikey, BabyDavidJules, Noelle and her handsome son and I’m sure I forgot some..but they were all so cool,, and all good looking people!. I took Christine_Brooklyn with me and we met Rickey from Rickey.org who was Tos’s guest. They are both fun, fabulous, gorgeous people and we had a BLAST!

Xeno, mc, sarah and other Angels were there and we went to eat breakfast after with Tos and stina. It was soooooo much fun. Thanks for a great time Angels!!!

Thank You violet, kcboom, Ryan, fa3ry…those videos are great! didn’t get marc and juliet here in toronto so I loved it, he was awesome in that interview with juliet! she was so amazing to him and told him he was # 1 for her!!, he sang Angels beautifully and made some ladies cry!! Awwwww, he was having so much fun with juliet on the interview, I’m a fan of her from now on, she was incredible to our boy!
I did like the fact that Matt spoke about Jeff in the Today interview, gave DA a chance to say live what he thought and tell people that his dad is a great guy and that he really gets along great with him, the best part, if anyone caught it..”And he ALLOWS WATER” I rolled over my chair in laughter! good for you Archie!! well off to see some more pics and videos…

OMG Thank you for posting his CBS interview outdoors, he sounds great and they show a clip they did when he won star search when he was 13!! he was adorable and a little chubby, David was sooo embarrassed! lol he sang Angels and it was one of his most beautiful version of it thus far!!
