Wow!!! Great Rickey…Love these 2!!

DA & MJohns was my initial favs, until Shop Around. So MJohn became my 2nd.

Then Carly, oh that voice of hers, I like her Blackbird rendition, and she automatically became my 3rd favs.!!

I dono, this season has the best talents ever. Alas, its going to be the last one for me. I’m disappointed with how the whole show went.

Carly was giving it her all but Carrie was the queen of hitting those high notes tonight.

When Ryan announced they would be singing a duet, I thought “This is perfect! They’ll sound great together!” But, I really didn’t care for it – I think it was the “jazzier” arrangement, and it sounded like Carly was singing way high at parts. I was disappointed b/c I think it could have been something I really enjoyed. Oh, well, glad you all liked it! I had plenty of other things to enjoy during the finale!

SO MUCH LOVE for Carly and MJ.

If Carly, MJ, DC and J.Cas did a tour together I would be jumping up and down and dying of squee. I’m so glad they acknowledged these two by giving them a number of their own, even though they got the boot early!

I don’t know why I was even thinking before the show started that they’d have Michael and Carly do a duet, but when they did, it was my dream come true. It was terrific and I’m so hoping that both their careers finally take off for real after the summer tour is over. They both deserve some good luck. They were both my favorites, David Cook being my third choice (so glad he won!).

Thanks Rickey for all you do. I can’t wait for the MP3 of this one!

I didn’t really like it =( I did fall in love for the first time ever with Michael Johns though, he is one sexy guy, yes he is!! This is one of my all time favorite oldies but Carly sounded screechy to me. I haven’t “gotten her” all season but she could have done so much better if she hadn’t sang so “high” IMO Now Michael on the other hand, was perfect for this song!!

Why oh Why does Carly insist on wearing black hose?? So out of fashion-she must have terrible legs to always cover them with slacks or black hose. Maybe!! Maybe she has tattoos on them also??? We may never know but her stylists suck, you are right Rickey!

Best duet of the night!

Awesome interaction between them! I felt that they sang TO EACH OTHER not just side by side to the audience.

Great fun! (and I don’t even like that song)

I loved this duet! I thought, wow, if everyone had sung this season as great as they did tonight, maybe it would’ve been harder to choose an Idol. I’m almost persuaded to go see the Idols in concert!
