I’ve never been a huge Carly fan at all (really a Cookie), but tonight I thought she was really, really great. I think she won the night. She’s never looked like she’s having fun, or relaxed, and tonight she really did.

Carly flubbed the lyrics in the first chorus, slight though and only noticeable to those who know really know the song. Over all, I didn’t love this arrangement.

Yes, I’m a huge Carly fan, but honestly I thought she was great tonight. Not her absolute best performance, but better than the previous two weeks for sure. Carly’s back!

I like Carly more than some other contestants left in the competition. But then again, it’s an odd choice for me… I agree with Paula, it’s a bit too high that she gets too shouty. So it didn’t work out for me. I still love some Carly though!!!

And as far as Dial Idol is concerned, no one should worry too much about her being in the last slot…last week, they predicted KLC to be safe, and the previous week, Syesha and Carly were in the last two spots, and you know who was voted off…

Carly was great tonight. Her performance was extremely controlled and she really seemed to enjoy herself. I’m glad she finally did so well – and I’m happy to see her get good comments from the judges! I voted for her 342 times tonight

And I wouldn’t pay much attention to DialIdol’s “score” that they get – last week they predicted KLC to not even be in the bottom 3…

Carly is a great singer and this was a very current rockery performance. It actually had a hint of Amanda Overmeyer in the performance, except of course, Carly is a far superior singer. I like her. I think she is very vocally gifted and can do amazing things with that voice. This was a little shouty and a bit too rockery for Me, but I sincerely hope she gets to stay this week. She seems like a cool, fun, nice girl, too…..I hope she control the facial expressions somewhat, because I think there are a lot of people who are anti-Carly for reason that have nothing to do with her singing. I hope she is still singing to us next week.

Finally! I finally enjoyed a Carly performance. That was an EXCELLENT song choice for her! I haven’t seen DCook yet, but of the other 5 performances, hands-down my favorite.

Still Carly’s performance was not that great – she didn’t get a great comments from the judges. Her voice still not convincing – for me last night she sounded like she was in the jungle and trying to be found. (lol)

My husband and I were revolted at the end when she ran for the t-shirt and was jumping up and down with her chest bouncing all over. She needs to wear a good supportive bra for crying out loud.
