Brooke and Jason Castro are just so cute and likeable that even when they don’t do that great they are still safe. So even though this wasn’t my favorite Brooke performance she’s not going anywhere yet.

I dislike Brooke White the most…I don’t know…she’s just too full of herself, I guess. I don’t know why people are hailing “Let it be” She ruined it for me.

I didn’t like her performance… It was meh and since it was a bad performance last week she should be in the bottom 3. Still what I found funny was the fact that a week ago, the judges said she was too sunny with the yellow dress and the song “Here Comes the Sun”. And this week she comes out wearing black. Not very subtle Brooke.

I’m really getting tired of the judges overrating her vocals. She is VERY likable, and even I like her a lot, but I wish they would be more honest about her vocal performance. I think if they were, she could work on it and then be the amazing package I know she could be. I’m just afraid if she keeps going the way she is and then wins the show, her live performances are not going to give the show what they are trying to get AT ALL this season, which is another kelly or carrie quality artist.

Started a half step to high I think, then recovered. I thought the whole thing worked. It is so confusing with the judges, one time they want the band brought in to build, then later they just say go with the piano. Doesn’t help that the song gets chopped to fit in the time limit.

This was almost Sting goes country….but it worked. Her voice is great and she is going a long way.

Brooke is headed for the top 3. I don’t know if she can win, but she is top 2 or 3. Unique voice, likeable, beautiful, total package that Idol wants.

Ummm, I actually enjoyed Elliott Yamin’s version better…and he didn’t even know the song that well and was reading the lyrics off a piece of paper!
