One of my favs from the 80’s.I think she worked it tonite came out good.Kind of a country twist sound to it.

That final “power” note was so off key that it turned me off completely. Really saddens me. I liked her at the start. It just was so pitchy, and when she belted she was shifting from sharp to flat so many times I couldn’t count. That song was not meant to be sang by a country singer.

I give her props for broadening her horizons and trying to tackle all different kinds of songs. I like that side of her.

Where’s Ramiele? I WANT ME SOME RAMIELE MALUBAY.

I am being so critical tonight. I don’t know why.

I’m not a fan of her but I think this is better than her previous performances. Her voice is definitely for country songs. Hope he makes it big from the exposure on the show.

she definitely sounded good tonight, but I really don’t like her because of the fact that she stayed around after having some very weak performances. They are keeping her around because she’s the closest thing to country they’ve got and she’s beautiful… it’s like they want a carrie 2.0 considering how successful she’s been, but I don’t htink this girl has the vocals to be able to fill that.

She’s so BORING…. this performance was better than her previous ones, but that still doesn’t change the fact that she’s still dull as hell.

Hmmm…. I don’t see where some of you are coming from saying she butchered the song. I thought she sang the verse very well – the “glory” note was a little rough, but not as bad as some other flubs we’ve heard! Maybe it’s because I don’t have an emotional attachment to the song like some of you may have (I am a little young to have this song “mean” something to me).

There are certain songs that ONLY the original artist should sing because NO ONE else could even come close. This is one of those songs. Steve Perry is THE ONLY one who can sing that song.

Christy completely butchered one of my favorite all time songs. It was godawful!
