TMZ reports that Dr. Conrad Murray will be arraigned on Friday and charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. He will turn himself in Friday morning.

all i know is if some one died in my home and i was responcible i would have been in jail by now this guy is guilty for leaving michael alone after what he gave him with out the iligal drugs also there are so many unsolved crimes in america so stop putting down other countrys when you botch so many your self .
Cheryl is quite correct. Investigations involving ppl of celebrity, connections and/or money is done quite differently than folks with less money, connections, etc. Most folks would have to face overcharging, while trying to mount a defense with a public defender, while incarcerated due to in the inability to raise bail money. Public defenders rarely accept collect calls from the local lock-up.
There ARE 2 judicial systems in the USA. One is good if you can afford it–the other –not so good. That is where you find many that take a choice of over-charged VS. plea deals out of fear–because they do not have the funds.
There was very careful consideration by the DA as to what charges to bring. The law was followed to the letter. He will have a high profile attorney. There will not be over-charging here. Why? His attorney will not drift off during his proceedings, as he doesn’t have 30 DUI’s, 12 burglaries, 7 assaults, and a molestation case–all this week.
Yes–we have judicial problems.
poor Michael you play with fire you get burn, now this dumb doctor deeply in debt will pay the price one way or another…he knew what he was doing it was not ethical but, money & debts and responsibilities prevail
