again, he is overrated as is Danyl and the other guys on x-factor. His rendition is bland at best. Try and listen to Fantasia´s rendition, here you can talk about BIG talent…… all you have to look at is Sir. Elton himself nuff said.

Years ago, we used to go to a bar where a lady played piano and sang Barbra Streisand songs, and we never once said, “Barbra sang that better” or “She doesn’t have Barbra’s voice.”

Why can’t we just appreciate a performance for what it is without having to compare it to every other singer who ever sang the same song? This was an excellent performance from a kid who has delivered week after week.

@ Mike – I find it hard to compare his talent to that of Fantasia for obvious reasons and comparing him to someone who is a legend like Elton is actually a complement in itself.

That aside, this performance was spectacular! I was blown away by how much emotion he was conveying. This was his best performance so far!! GO JOE!!

HE’S WONDERFUL AND HAS A SPLENDID TONE TO HIS VOICE..HE SHOULD AND WILL WIN..I LIKE DANYL TOO,BUT HE’S NOT CONSISTENT AND IS OFF PITCH (SHARP)..IN ALOT OF SONGS…OLLY IS GOOD,LLOYD WAS GOOD BUT NEEDS TO GET ALITTLE MORE UMPH IN HIS VOICE AND HE WILL DO FINE IN A FEW YEARS..STACY IS GOOD..BUT NO STAGE PRESCENCE,,THE SAME AS OLLY.
