I agree with Karon, i liked his AMA’s performance, but this type of choreography and performance in this video should have been his debut presentation to the audience, sexy, naughty able for the general public to watch. But still i love Adam and good job with the video i love it.

Love the video. Better than the AMA. Although the video and the performance are two different things. I’m from relatively conservative Philippines, but I’m not that offended by the AMA performance. Anyway, it’s too early to discount Adam. He could build or rebuild a slow but sure career anyway.
The video is very good. So over the AMA performance. Everything has been said about that, and it’s getting to sound like beating a dead horse. Adam has gained more than six thousand followers since Sunday so it can’t be all that bad. I think the more vocal ones on the matter are those who already had a stick up there butts about him and finally had a reason to really make a convincing rant for once.
Jen, you are so right. Those who voiced the most criticism were not fans of Adam’s to begin with. They weren’t going to buy his music anyway so let them vent. It’s their loss.

The AMA performance was trash. The official video was much better and would’ve been suited for the general audience.
I hate hype gimmicks which is what this AMA thing is looking like.
Nothing too expensive in the video, a costume which probably was in his closet, some crappy looking location (probably not a built set), dancing, a CG shot for the transition from street to the underground. Still, we’ve seen far worse from post-Idol like Blake’s video.

I have been supporting Adam’s career by buying all of his music including the AI studio releases, videos, and anything put out on iTunes. His kind of talent and vocals just blew me away, thought he was fabulous on AI, and bought a ticket to see him perform in concert during the AI tour. I went to see that silly 2012 movie just to hear Adam’s song at the end…that is a terrific song, Time for Miracles. I love FYE as a single, and was looking forward to the AMA performance, stayed up later than I normally do to watch (I have to get up at 4 a.m. for work). I am certainly no prude, but that performance was absolutely disgustingly vulgar. I say the same thing about ALL performances by artists who perform like he did. He also appeared to be seriously angry and pissed off while performing, it was no act. Also, whining about the sound system after that idiot Perez Hilton claimed he was ‘pitchy’ was unprofessional and should’ve been ignored. Then ABC censored some parts for the west coast, and we have to listen to AL whine about his artistic freedom being violated and scream discrimination, please….spare my ears and stop insulting my intelligence Adam. Your artistic freedom was not violated, but my eyes and ears were. You say you are so proud of your ‘in the moment’ lewd acts…and I say you flat out blew it. Sure this will pass as all things do, but I bought your deluxe iTunes album, and now, I seriously want my money back. I have no desire to support any artist, no matter how talented he/she is, when you point fingers at everyone else but yourself.
What’s interesting is that he’s now passing himself off as “bi” sexual, vs. gay.

Voice sounded great — and the video was very good as well. Have no idea why he (or his advisors) thought his AMA performance — which was basically his big network debut after Idol had to be so over the top.
I’m definitely not a prude — but he just tried WAY too hard at the AMA’s to be provocative and it definitely distracted from his performance.
I LOVED the video, and I think the song is something I’d like to rock in my car to. I’ll definitely dance if I hear it at a club.
However, I know now what happened at the AMA’s. He just got carried away during the live performance. Too bad, but maybe the publicity will be good for him.

He’s been through so much of it and he’ll get passed it. cant wait for his next live performance…hopefully pple will get used to him and not make such a big deal out of everything. If you didnt like the performance on sunday…well who cares not everyone is gunna like it!!! But i did, and if you were a fan since day one dont say things about how you want ur stupid money back. Support the guy…jeez, lay off his back. And frickin good morning america can take the finger too cuz that was incredibly unprofessional and rude of them to cancel on him like that… he wouldnt do the same performance again hes ORIGINAL. gosh if you just listen to the lyrics…u would understand the performance. Amazing video. Much cleaner and more fresh then the Ama performance. This will surely and hopefully get ppl to overlook the amas and drop it and know focus on the mv!! Love you Adam! You the best! Stay true to yourself and dont change for anyone cuz we love u just like u r! <3 U! Mwah!
Pretty good video. It was a bit erratic, but I liked the chorus parts w/ the dancers and choreography.
