Someone told me that Adam Lambert fans hate Perez Hilton, so it should be news to people that Adam and Perez are now BFFs on Twitter:

Oh so there was something going on with the sound? Was it sabotage? Did any of the other singers last night complain about the sound during their sets? It’s good that the AMA engineers did their job well during Kelly Clarkson’s set because she sounded amazing!

I think that when Adam tripped and fell on the stage last night, he lost a bit of his concentration. I can’t believe that all of a sudden his performance on David Letterman this Wednesday night is going to be viewed as his “comeback” performance. And beginning today, the biggest Glambert in the world is Perez Hilton.

Kelly was standing still. All her faculties were focused on singing.

Look at everything Adam was doing. His focus was not on singing. He was performing.

That is actually what happens when singers are running around on stage focusing on a number. Their priority is on getting the steps right and not running into other people and off the edge of platforms.

Less brave performers (aka Janet) need to lip sync.

Oh Rickey! With all do respect the sound was messed up last night. It was def. off during Carrie Underwood’s performance and Adam’s as well as others. I remember thinking the sound was crap all night. I actually didn’t hate Adam’s performance last night. The only thing was that he wasn’t on vocally. Which could be attributed to the sound being off, nerves, or both. I’m betting both. It wasn’t a perfect performance but neither was Rihanna’s, Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban’s etc. I’m done with the AMA’s and looking forward to listening to my Kris Allen, Adam Lambert, and new Lady Gaga album!

Rickey whats up? On one hand your praising Adam Lambert and on the other hand it obvious your getting immense pleasure out of seeing people tear into him. Sure I Really didn’t like his performance last night at all. But I still like him and think he’s extremely talented.Am I going to let one performance change my views reguarding talent??? Well obviously not.But I know “you feel the need to save him”. I mean are you really serious Rickey??? Hopefully he will make better career decisions so his true talent can really shine. Despite that awful performance last night The guy has a phenomenal voice and even you can’t disagree on that one Rickey.

Adam Lambert’ fans: Your boy cannot sing okay, accept that. There was nothing wrong with the sound at AMA. Looked at Kelly Clarkson, not a whole lot accompaniments, but the lady can song, music or no music. Yes, he can perform – CIRCUS CIRCUS!!!!

I’m not much of an Adam fan anymore but he is a great singer. Fans of other AI contestants like to pretend that Adam can’t sing.

It’s funny that Adam is complaining about something wrong with the sound, likening it to something that happened on Idol. However, on Idol, he sounded good, but yesterday, he sounded like shit.

Perez is the biggest fan? Come on, he is paid to say so. Look at the ad all over his site. He’s advertising Adam on his site and there is no way that he’s not saying good thing about Adam to gain the impression/clicks for the money paid by RCA. It’s all business. When RCA stops paying for ad on his site, he’s going to b**ch Adam just like what he’s done to others.

Both of them are douche, fame-whore and hypocrite. That’s why they’ve bonded so well. No surprise at all. At least, Perez has been transparent and not claimed the honor of arts.

I just recently became a fan of Adam, so I don’t think I am one of his raving fans. First of all, I don’t know how it can be disputed that he can sing. It may not be the kind of voice that you like but regarldess, he is an amazing singer. I think perhaps his choice yesterday may have been a little over the line, but I loved it! If you watch old youtube footage of him, this is the person he is, he is not “trying to hard” to be something..he has always been like this. Sure his vocals were not HIS best, but be glad he actually sang. most of the so called superstars out there lip sync the moment they have any sort of movement…heck they lip sync standing still. I think most people are just waiting eagerly for him to fail which isn’t fair. Don’t let one performcance dictate the rest of his career

Give it a moment, Rickey was mean to Syesha before but got to interview her and suddenly becomes apologetic. I’m guessing if he does get the chance to interview Adam (which I hope he doesn’t..)He’ll change his opinions too

Adam was way off pitch during almost the whole song. Maybe the sound was not 100%, but come on, he sang horribly last] night. Weird cuz he’s been in so many stage shows before. Probably didn’t rehearse enough. He sounded worse than anybody else on the show.

The sound was awful last night. I think the worse was with the black eyed peas. Painful!!!!

Why don’t you just come out and say you don’t like Adam Lambert? It’s so funny and kinda lame.

@22 – Yes it’s like that and frankly I don’t care… with the way Rickey’ been treating some of the former AI contestants (I remember him slamming Vonzell, Syesha, Melinda, sometimes Constantine And Clay)I don’t think I need to cut him some slack
