Stan Walker makes it to the Final 2 of Australian Idol after James Johnson was voted off the show last night. He goes against rocker Hayley Warner next week.

He has been my favorite to win from the start.
Not only the best singer of the bunch but also a great background story.

All the mentors have been very surprised by his voice. He doesn’t have to worry about a record deal. Some big names have already offered to sign him.

Stan is pretty darn amazing. , I’ll be shocked if he doesn’t win. Haley’s single is definitely better though, but hopefully that is overlooked.

Cheers to a Stan for Season 9 of Idol.

I also much mention how adorable it is that Toby Moulton dropped out of the competition for the kids. He basically said it was because his passion was for teaching, and that’s what he needed to do, but I also think he looked at the situation and saw it was virtually him (30), against 4 kids, all until 19 years old, and he didn’t want to take anyway any of their dreams. Either way, it’s pretty darn inspirational.

I think I’m going to follow a lot more closely next year.

he should definitely win Hayley is lucky to be there she isn’t good at all and he’s from New Zealand that’s another reason why he should win hehe =P

Damn you people for making me look at another talent show! After reviewing the performances, I disagree with all of you. I think James should have won. This guy sounds like a little girl and has no stage presence.
