Dying for a nathans famous hotdog after a post-op visit on thurs. Only to be stranded on Surf Ave. We were caught up in the shooting of The other Guys. It wasn’t to bad while we waited. It was actually an experience to be in the middle of it all, the camaro, the black impala the green corolla. My husband and I were just sitting in our old white mercury while the shooting was taking place. I was checking out what I thought were the extras walking by. But as the young lady came over for the second time telling us we had to leave, that Nathans was no longer open to the public for the rest of the day. So we left without having our hotdogs and french fries. Now we know why it was closed, our famous Yankee player Derek Jeter was on hand during our visit. I fell to excitement when I heard this morning, even though we did not see him we can say we were there during the shooting of the film……FUN DAY afterall:)
