WHO: AIDS is #1 Cause of Death, Disease for Women 15-44

The World Health Organization said Monday that the AIDS virus is the leading cause of death and disease among women between the ages of 15 and 44. Unsafe sex is the leading risk factor in developing countries for these women of childbearing age, with others including lack of access to contraceptives and iron deficiency, the WHO said.

Well I won’t read Huffpo but like to add that unsafer sex is actually a politically correct term that doesn’t illustrate the depth of the problem. I hope the WHO mentioned that FORCED sex and lack of education (which is actually not possible in the ignorant individuals who feel for example that raping a virgin cures AIDS – yep it’s true)….are likely the number one/two factors.

It says it ALL that girls are actually dying at age 15 when there is some time before you have sex, seroconvert then succumb to full blown AIDS and then all the secondary illnesses that hit. Poz people have been living for decades now.

I remember when you used to have to take 50 pills a day for HIV and it didn’t work in third world countries where they don’t even have clocks but thankfully now the cocktails are much improved.
