Simon is being gay for one reason only. She was a threat against his kid Mr Danyl, so he gave a pass to the jedward boys because he knows they are not going to the end.

The way he has acted in this competition is kind of pathetic really.

I do think Simon knew Lucie was heading home, which is why he wanted the public to decide. I may be wrong with this, but it seemed like a way for him to rid his competition while being as nonchalant as possible.

i really thought simon was going to send the boys home! i was shocked he made them go to deadlock. i 100% with mike about him trying to get another threat away so his group stays intact for as long as possible. I don’t think this season has enough talent so that’s why they are creating all this drama to get ratings. It is true that his group is probably the strongest. One of them will win but I am not sure whether they will reach the same success as leona did.

WTF!? x factor is not a singing competition! Jon and Edward ad Lloyd can’t sing! What is wrong with Simon? too gay to send the twins home?

IDOL is way better at least i see “ONE” of the best singers win, except for Hicks.

What does any of this have to do with Simon being gay? Simon isn’t the only one who chose Jedward over Lucie; obviously the voting public did too. I can’t stand Jedward but if they got more votes, they deserved to stay.

JP, that’s they point of having the judges’ votes. duh. Just like Idol’s “judges’ save”. And that should have come from quality, not public vote. otherwise, just leave it entirely to public vote.

I think Cowell just tried to save his own acts. And there might be repercussion in the next few weeks. I’ll not be surprised if his acts are in the bottom the next few weeks.

Don’t really care for Lucie going. I thought her best performance was My Funny Valentine, which was absolutely great. Her attempts at being “Rock” was…FAILLL and I feel that the whole “avril” thing wasn’t the true her.

Jedward may suck but … I can’t wait to see what they do every week! And that earns them brownie points

I don’t think Lucie was very like able. She doesn’t have a very “warm” personality. She’s a bit of an ice queen. A little spoiled.

Jedwards aren’t the the most vocal talented guys in the competition, but they are surely entertaining.

I think it was a clever move of Simon.
