Mia Michaels on Developing New Choreography Show: “I’m going to be the next Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum”

Mia Michaels talked to TVGuide recently and revealed that she is developing a choreography show and building her brand. How exciting! I think a choreography reality show would be great. Go for it Mia!

TVGuide.com: Can you tell us more about your choreography show?
Michaels: It’s going to be unbelievable! [Laughs] I’m going to be the next Tyra, Heidi Klum … I’m also going to be doing shows and stuff where America can see my work. I’m going to be hands-on, creating. You’ll really get a sense of who I am now as opposed to the little bits you see on So You Think. There are three separate shows that are right now being talked about. Another is a stage show that will be touring that will be documented as a “making of” reality show. I’m excited. It’s time.

Thats all we need…another Tyra. haha But the choreography reality show actually sounds really amazing and I’d love to see it come to fruition.

Does she sound a bit “me me me” annoying to anyone else? I find her, although talented, quite off-putting in personality. Rather full of herself to me, in that I would not want to watch a show centred around her, nor do I find I really miss her on SYTYCD. That being said, I’d rather Mary left than Mia! (I FFW thru Mary’s comments when she’s excited. Her voice is SO annoying!)
