Michael Jackson’s Will – Not His Signature Says Brother Randy

TMZ reports that Randy Jackson claims Michael Jackson could not have signed his 2002 will because he was in New York at the time and not in LA where the document was signed on July 7, 2002.

Michael was in New York with Al Sharpton on July 6 and July 9 protesting Tommy Mottola for being a racist. Did he fly back to LA to sign the document? Is this a frivolous technicality that the family can use to debunk the will completely?

Wow! They really need the money! I see now why Michael didn’t leave anything to his brothers in the first place.

Hmm….there are two days between July 7 and 9. I wonder who came up with this hairbrain scheme to challenge the will — again! And is Katherine OK with these challenges?

Actually, none of you personally know what the Jacksons are thinking or what their motivies are. If it was my family, I’d challenge all the money hungry people that hung around him for only that reason. Who knows how long they have been medicating him or what his state of mind was at the time he supposedly signed these documents. Yea, I’d challenge anyone who didn’t have the best intentions of a family member and I’m willing to bet most of you would too! Everything is not always black or white so don’t believe all the hype!

By the way, my comment is posted for a reason. My family is going thru the same thing and I sure as hell don’t want anyone assuming they know my family’s motives for when they don’t even know us. I don’t personally know the Jacksons but I hope everytning turns out okay for their family.

However — Anotherstupidcomment — I betcha your family isn’t worth $500Million. That makes a difference. If it’s over a few thousand dollars that’s one thing, but think about this: Michael had TWO wills, one in 1997 and one in 2002 and they were identical. He left his siblings and father NOTHING in both wills.
So if the family throws this will out, the 1997 will stands in its place. They still don’t get anything.
