Christina Aguilera guests on Project Runway. Nina Garcia is back — but no Michael Kors. Hmmm. Bob Mackie takes his place.
Challenge: Design a look for Christina Aguilera of course.
Tonight was a bit uneventful in my opinion, except for a couple of designers freaking out, including my favorite right now Gordana. What’s wrong with her?
Also, Nicolas is so annoying, but he’s the only one with any good soundbites right now.
Although a nice quote from Bob Mackie tonight: “Put diamonds in the crotch and you’re home free!” “Yes! Love it,” Christina responds.

After a “she’s going to fail” build up, Carol Hannah wins. Wow. I was a bit shocked. The black dress didn’t really impress me. Maybe my TV was too dark for me to see the details.
And then finally, Shirin is auf’d for not knowing what to do really. But I don’t know, Christopher’s and Logan’s outfits were horrid.
Christopher lives another week to torture us with his “this is who I am as a designer” comments and then failing on the runway. And Logan, well, this show loves him, so he’ll be here for at least one more week.

The designers are forced to choose different models. However, Ebony, Shirin’s model still leaves.

its a bit funny. as tim gunn is about to announce who they are designing the outfit for… as soon as he says “you’ll be designing an outfit for a performer”… you could tell they automatically was thinking of Cher. lol then the “oh ****” look on their face once he says someone else is priceless.
I don’t care at all about all of the drama. The only reason I like this show is to see the challenges and how/what the designers do for it.
It’s like that show Top Chef? I could care less about the drama, I just want to see what food they create.
@Shollia: Top Chef was BASED on Project Runway, LOL. Because Project Runway got in all sorts of legal issues when it moved to Lifetime from Bravo, it was off the air for a while.

Omg, Jordana made me laugh in this episode. She went coo-coo crazy! lol. Seems like Logan and Carol-Hannah like each other, or at least like flirting. I love Nicholas, I think I’m in the minority. He’s soo funny!!! My favorite designer is prob Irina, not her as a person, but her work.
