Not for the squeamish. But this is a great video of an elephant giving birth and the first baby steps. Very dramatic.

    They couldn’t put some hay down or something? Hell, I’mk sure smacking in to the pavement didn’t exactly help situations any.
    It was still an interesting watch though. Loved how the momma elephant was trying to get the baby to breathe. I mean it looked brutal but I’m sure it looked worse than it was.

    It’s amazing how the mama elephant can tell that the baby isn’t breathing and knows how to help it live. Nature is crazy!

    SO AMAZING..BUT YES..HEY THEY NEEDED TO MAKE THE FLOOR SOFT AND NOT BE SO SLIPPERY…THAT WAS A NO NO ON THEIR PART AT THIS SAFARI THING….THE GROUND OUT IN THE WILD IS NOT CONCRETE AND SLIPPERY..IT’S GRASS/DIRT….WELL I’M STILL IN AWE OF THIS EVENT.
