During a preview performance of “A Steady Rain” starring Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig, an audience member’s cellphone rings. Hugh Jackman stops the show in character.

Really guys, turn your phone off. Also, don’t use your BlackBerry while you are in the theater. The light from the screen is distracting. And don’t get me started with the ice chewing after intermission.

On another note: what a great time to watch a play on Broadway this season. Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig are in A Steady Rain, and Jude Law is getting rave reviews in Hamlet. Broadway is heaven right now I bet..
