David Cook pays tribute to Michael Jackson during concert

David asked for a moment of silence for Michael Jackson during the Declaration Tour Concert in the Ogden Theater in Denver last night.

David Cook said he had contemplated singing “Billie Jean” but decided not to because he didn’t want to “half-ass” it since he had not played it in a while.
