I am sure we will see the previously named top 6 once again, and hope they will reveal who will be singing on the wildcard show tomorrow, but that might be far too much transparency for AI. I am hoping they put Lil thru first, since if they hold her for the pimp spot, as they have the first 2 weeks, there will be no drama whatsoever. You know, like there was the first 2 weeks.

Ryan tells us we control the kids destiny, but that isn’t completely true, is it? One fourth of the Top 12 will be chosen by the judges, with no vote from the audience. So, Ryan, ‘Liar, liar, pants on fire.’ But he does tell us that we will know the WC kids singing for their lives tomorrow. I am crossing my fingers that not only is Ricky Braddy brought back for it, but he also gets a slot. I really like the boys voice.

Group number is a bad Katie Perry song, Hot & Cold.’ Aw, they choreographed it so the blind boy got to sit down and not trip over anything How sweet. And a tad patronizing. In the Idol moment, did we just see someone who actually auditioned with the theme song from ‘The Jeffersons’? Do you really want to audition for 45 seconds, and have the judges laughing for at least the first 30 of those?

I wish I had a clue who was going thru tonight. If Jorge doesn’t go on, I hope we can make the hottie there to what him come back all the time. I want more pretty on the show. They boldly go into a recap, taking a cheap shot at the people who didn’t sing well, and highlight Simon’s first [of many I am sure] homophobic shots, this one directed at Nathaniel.

Chatted with Nathaniel and tried to diffuse the homophobia, and move quickly on to Jorge to try the same with the the anti-Latin thing. Felicia is still working bangs. Ju’Not had another asthma attack.

Lil Rounds up first. Wow, they aren’t giving her the pimp spot. She is thru. Lil is bold in her acceptance. Kara gives a lame quote, and Lil sings. She does fine, not quite as good last night for me, but certainly respectable.

Arianna, Taylor, Alex, Kendal, and Scott. One is thru, and we find out after the break. That wasn’t even agood fake, Seacrust. Well, so long Arianna, Taylor, Alex and Kendal, because Scott is going on and you are left in the dust. I have a feeling they are allowing him to move center stage during the break. Really, the guy is blind, we get it. If we can watch him sing, we can watch as his is assisted out of a chair. [I stand corrected, we did see him helped to the center]

We are back, and Arianna is not in. Taylor is up next, and also not in. Alex is also not thru, leaving Kendal and Scott to be the drama. Ryan is careful to put the ‘not in the Top 12 yet.’ Scott is thru to the Top 12, and Ryan is walking him out. Again, Scott doesn’t impress me a while singing this very old song with little flair or modern twist. I mean, do we need another Bruce Hornsby? Actually, he is having a few more issues tonight than last night. Randy, I didn’t realize the piano would cover bad notes.

So, will the final three standing include Jorge, Ju’Not and Felicia? That would be dramatic.

Nathaniel and Kristen up next. They are being dismissed. Ryan and Simon seem to upstage the contestants with their bitter fight. No to both.

Felicia and Von next. No to both of them, for now…. Ju’Not and Jorge take center stage, setting up the big battle. One is thru, the other is coming back tomorrow night [presumably]. We find out right now. Jorge going thru! But he’s not going to sing? Huh? Are they going to let him close the show, and cut off his song?

The wildcard selection. A bunch of people are on the balcony, and still in the seats. Hmmm, they all stand a chance, so that doesn’t give anything away yet. But I feel better since Ricky B is up there. And Anoop. Reintroducing the top 9, and Scott’s seeing-eye person is cute!

Eight people for the wildcard. Randy to pick first. Von Smith is number one. Kara tells us Jasmine Murray, and then goes on to tell her what to sing. Paula up next, and she give us Ricky Braddy. He gets rushed thru, but I thought he looked kinda hot in the leather jacket. Simon called Seacrust a smartass. And he calls out Megan Corkrey. Six minutes left, and four WC slots and a sing-out left to do.

Back to Randy, and back to entertainment and dedication, and Tatiana is back in. Too much time for her already. Couldn’t talk to Ricky B, but we give Tatiana even more face-time? Kara up next, a bluesy soulful singer [hint, dude] and it is Matt Giraud. Paula next, and in a last minute change, Jesse Langseth. One more to go. Simon announces, it was an easy choice, and ‘they are original, likable and talented, it is Anoop.’ And I am shocked Ju’Not did not make it thru. Were they fearful of a steroid hearing held in Congress? Certainly he deserved it as much as Von Smith or Matt Giraud. Oh well, wrong again I guess. Hey, like Tatiana was so much better than Felicia or Mishavonna. Tisk-tisk, producers. Are the ratings worth it? Or is it another chance to send her home and watch her break down?

Jorge is back to sing out, and he is cut off before we hit the chorus. Thank God they spent the extra time with Tatiana. I think I need to go to Hollywood and help them with their scheduling. Or some sense of fairness. Yarite, like they would appreciate that.
