For some reason I hate when they say “dark horse”.

She’s adorable, but I really wanted to wipe that swipe of red from her mouth.

Voice-wise, though, I kinda dug her. But wasn’t blown away.

And, I agree with ya, Rickey. The semi-annual comparisons to Kelly Clarkson by Simon – who needs the pressure? Wish he’d give it a rest.

She was just ok. I really didn’t like her performance, but she was the more memorable girl out of the bunch… that’s not saying much though.

I would have never guessed before she gave her audition that this would have been the best female of the first night of the top 36. Although she had no female compeition tonight

She seems to be getting better and better as the season continues.

Think she was a bit too made-up tonight. But maybe its just because she was previously fairly plain and casual up until tonight.

I think she “dirtied” it too much. Those fake lashes and the red lipstick made her look like a classy call-girl.

She sang OK, but like Simon said about Gokey, i’m not buying the hype with this one.

I really liked her performance , and in a few notes, she DEFINITELY reminded me of a few of Kelly Clarkson’s idol performances .

I don’t her ” dirtied -up” look,as they call it . She’s a beautiful natural blonde – she does not need pink hair tips and horrid , bright red lipstick . Brooke had the natural blonde , fresh scrubbed look and lots of people liked her – this girl totally outsings Brooke and should be true to herself – she needs no makeup and her was beautiful before without the pink crap .

She was decidely the best female and Tatiana was a close second – the rest were pretty bad.

Thought Tatiana was better. Alexis was just alright. I don’t think she sold the songs sentiment. There’s no need to insult Kelly by comparison.
