I was lucky enough to meet Katherine after one of the last Idol tour concerts in September (with our very own Rickey!!)..and she is stunning with no make-up on also. Flawless porcelain skin and the most perfect teeth I’ve ever seen.
And she can sing? Not fair.

But someone needs to teach her how to pose her legs/feet in some of those pictures!

It’s exciting to see all these Idols on the red carpet. Certainly adds to the credibility of the Idol Show for anyone who just thought it was an little talent contest.

Trying way too hard. Looking desperate. Like a younger, even more plastic version of CZJ. A face that young and pretty doesn’t need to be hidden behind a makeup mask.

Advice: Learn how to stand gracefully. Stop mugging. Wash your face.

Oh my, how beautiful can one person be? She is just plain sensational eye candy. I love the way she camps and vamps it up and doesn’t take it seriously. I hope she is having a ball, because she deserves to have fun.

i’m not a fan of hers, and i’m a straight girl so i find it weird that i’m defending her, lol, since a lot of girls seem to hate her, but i think people are being way too critical, she went to a big deal music awards ceremony, you can’t really expect her to wear really light make-up, plus i like the camera mugging, i actually find it strangely cute that she can just enjoy herself and be casual.

I didn’t care for her on Idol, still don’t care for her. too much make up, too much trying. Carrie has it all over her and I wasn’t even a huge Carrie fan during her Idol stint. Watching the show last night when she came out to present my husband had to ask me which idol she was. He wasn’t impressed either. She is going for the sexpot deal now instead of relying on her talent.

I’m not threatened by someone who tries so hard to look sexy that she comes off as looking like an idiot. No, I’m not a fan. I don’t look forward to another pretty yet souless pop star gaining fame. But I do acknowledge that Kat’s a beautiful woman and has looked gorgeous in the past. I just hated how she looked at the AMAs.

I agree with Anne. I don’t understand why she gets all this publicity when she hasn’t done anything yet. Carrie and Kelly didn’t walk all the red carpets before they had recorded an album. Kat’s done nothing yet. Although she’s beautiful, why don’t we wait and see how the album is before throwing her in front of the cameras constantly?

I think Kat’s a really beautiful girl, but I don’t understand why she’s walking the red carpet before she’s done anything. I don’t like her dress, it’s almost slutty; and she really needs to learn to dress simpler and pose humbler. (like a lot of you already said). I just don’t think she’s creating a good public image of herself, esp. because she doesn’t even have a really good album to make up for it. Not good.
