OMG Adam killed it! I’m now a huge Adam Lambert fan! What are we called again? The Adam’s Apples? LOL

Tonight we got to see the Jesse Langseth for the very first time. Jeremy Michael Sarver and Matt Breitzke also got featured strengthening their chances for Top 36. I see a potential “Roughneck” vs. “Welder” matchup in the semi-finals.

Some really good male vocalists in this clip. Adam is great — but what’s going on with his eyes or his lashes? Is he wearing mascara or something because something is looking a bit strange in eye area.

Adam Lambert at this point probally is a good shot at reaching the finale , i know its a lil to early to say somthing like that , but its obvious he is one of the more tallented ones and will be pushed out in front of every one like how david cook was last year. i’d like to see brent keith vs him in the finale, it was a shame they didn’t even show brent keiths group song. it will be intresting to see adam in the voting rounds.

Adam is my favorite this season. He’s hot looking with tons of charisma and he can really sing. I like the guyliner on him also.

I really hope he picks some awesome rock songs to sing. With a voice like that, he could pull off so so many.

and the other two are married one’s name is Jennifer Peterson-Hind and she is from a show called hi-5…
it’s a kid’s show that runs on discovery channel right now ! there’s something fishy going on cause she’s not getting any airtime !

I LOVE Adam!! IMHO he is the entire package…amazing vocals, fantastic personality, damn good looking, and incredible stage presence. If he doesn’t win this whole thing, I will be extremely disappointed!! Who flippin’ cares if he is or is not gay? A person should not be defined or judged by their sexual preference. They should be defined by the kind of person they are on the inside and for me, Adam has it all goin’ on!!

Definitely really liking Adam also. I’m liking Anoop-dog as well. He reminds of the ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ star, which btw is an awesome movie. ‘Slumdog Idol’ (I can see it now). As far as Adam/gay? I’d have to go with an affirmative on that one. Just call it a hunch or something.

I am pretty sure Adam is gay and he’s not trying to hide that fact and I admire that of him. Having watched some of his YouTube videos confirmed that among other things. He has a good voice to be sure and is a “hip” version of Clay Aiken. I am not too sure that will sit right with the voters though but he will no doubt make it to Top 10 or higher. A.I. is watched by “traditional” families and that might not sit right with them in general. Well you just never know though.

Adam was fabulous! We also really like Danny (Downey lookalike). Did Anoop make it? I hope so because we really like him, too. We also like the piano dueler guy who was in the first group routine (where they added rap to their routine). That group was really good as well as Danny’s group doing the Queen song!

Jcast-I totally assumed it was derived from J.Castro. haha! That’s cool that it’s not (nothing against Castro). That Robert Downy JR. looking guy is from WI (my state) and I can’t remember what his name is either, and not looking it up right now, but he definitely has been getting a little of the notorious AI pimp treatment. Luckily he is good!
maca-I was also wondering what happened to her. I think it would be pretty lame if she is presented to America the first week after Hollywood as if she’s been there all along. Maybe AI’s keeping her on the DL after the bad press they got because of her.?

it seems like a pretty good season is shaping up, no? in auditions i was leaning towards the girls, but now in hollywood week some of the guys are shining. i appreciated the breakneck speed of auditions this year. let’s get to the voting already!

i like ironman, but the deceased wife story line is so at odds with his current on screen persona. anoop totally prevails so far. he’s going to crush the competition.

i have to admit that i was listening to my AI mp3s to get in the mood the other day. say what you will about the guy, but BoRhap is still breathtakingly unassailable. astonishing!

amber (if you see this post) … no, I’m hating this season so far. Maybe I miss Nigel, or maybe I’m just finally over it. *sigh*

Anoop prevails? Ehh, he does exactly nothing for me. He’s a good singer but b-o-r-i-n-g. Adam is going to be a lot of fun to watch if he amps it up like you know he wants to. His big Broadway diva hysteria act is not my thing, though. Who else … Ironman is good, but they’ve been pimping him so much that I’m now turned off. Matt Giraud has great dark-horse potential, but R&B (or whatever he sings) is not my fave. So that leaves Norman Gentle whose schtick is hilarious so far, and he can sing! For now, he’s the one. Maybe someone will POP during the semis like Cook did last year.

I promise I’m going to start watching on Tuesdays and Wednesdays instead of saving idol for the weekends! I don’t have a fave yet, and I can’t keep their names straight, but I think we’re going to have fun this year.
